  • Perth Museum and Gallery 78 George Street Perth, Scotland, PH1 5LB United Kingdom (map)

‘Bones’ is an exploration into the composition and complexity of bones and skeletons of creatures. This will be a fascinating interpretation of the articulation of bones, how they provide the structure and supporting frame to the living creatures that they once belonged. Enjoy the creative works from the inspiration they give to artists, sculptors and photographers. This beautiful exhibition is FREE.

I have 17 cyanotypes in this exhibition, all illustrating skeletons of one form or another. Some are from Perth Museum stores and are either zoology specimens or beautiful glass lantern slides (digitised). Others are from Bell Pettigrew Museum, St Andrews University.
